What We Do
Technical advisory and bid preparation for PV, BESS, onshore wind, and HV/substation infrastructure projects. Support throughout the investment phase: technical specifications, cost calculations, competitive analysis, schedules and budgets. Contract execution oversight up to 160+ MWp, risk management, and reporting to management boards and investors.

The Team
AboutI'm a technical director and project delivery leader with 12+ years in the
renewable energy sector, spanning onshore wind, solar (PV/BESS), and high-voltage substation projects across Poland and Ukraine.I hold an engineering degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from Bialystok Technical University, and completed postgraduate studies in Offshore Wind Energy at Gdańsk University of Technology (2023-2024). I'm also
FIDIC-certified for contract implementation.Over the course of my career I've led technical bidding, investment
preparation, and multidisciplinary project teams — delivering projects up to 160+ MWp, including PV Kotuń (130 MWp), PV Lion (155 MWp), and BESS Lwówek
Śląski (80/320 MW). I work directly with developers and investors including Lightsource bp, OX2, Wento, Polenergia, and Orlen (Energa), consistently hitting budget and schedule targets while building high-performing teams.My approach combines strategic and analytical thinking with a holistic view of business processes — from technical concept through financial delivery.
